Talk to Him

talk to Him

Never forget that ALLAH is your Friend – The BEST of all friends! He wants to hear what’s been happening in your life. Good or bad, whether it’s been full of happiness, sorrow or anger, or even when you want to question about the grief, sadness and worries in your life.

Go ahead, Go down in Sujood…TALK to HIM this very moment and notice the peace, relief and contentment fill up your heart! Feel that special sweetness of eeman which you get when you have that special connection with your Lord!

Imam Shawkani (rahimahuAllah) rightly said: “To know your dua’a is accepted is to have your heart ready, cry and shed tears to Allah, being persistent, and after that feeling, a burden taken off your shoulders.”

Al-Mu’akhir – the One Who Delays!

delay

ALLAH is al-Mu’akhir – the One Who Delays! ♥

He delays certain things out of Mercy for us, but out of ignorance we become impatient. Instead of having a good opinion of Him, a deeper certainty in His Power, and more trust in His Ways, we instead become anxious, resentful, and unhappy.
Our Iman (faith) then takes a dip because we’ve failed to understand. But He is al-Mu’akhir. He delays out of goodness.
Does He not delay punishing the creation for their sins, so that they can come to repent?

A L L A H U – A K B A R !! ♥

Allah has already answered you!

answer dua

The Almighty answers every call of ours for as long as we don’t lose hope. We must continue seeking enthusiastically even if it means for years.

Repeating a call constantly is a GREAT act of worship. One day, when the time is right, we will get what we had been asking for all along.

Never lose hope in the Mercy of the Almighty, as He knows when it is best for us to get what we want, if it is good for us.

Those who aim to please the Creator will always be pleased BY Him. He never lets us down but we let ourselves down by engaging in sin.

Imam Ahmad & the baker

Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, رحمه الله تعالى, once was traveling and needed to stay somewhere overnight. When he went to the masjid, the guard (not recognizing Imam Ahmad) denied him entrance. Imam Ahmad tried numerous times, but the guard did not accept his requests. Frustrated, Imam Ahmed resolved to spend the night in the masjid yard. The guard became furious and dragged him away, despite the old age and frailty of Imam Ahmad.

A baker, whose shop was nearby, watched this scene and took pity on the Imam. He invited the Imam to stay with him for the night. While there, Imam Ahmad noticed that the baker continuously made istighfar (asking for Allah’s forgiveness) while working, and in the morning, the Imam eagerly asked his host about the latter’s continual seeking of forgiveness. The baker said it had become like second nature, so Imam Ahmed asked whether the man had experienced any reward from this practice.

The baker answered, ‘By Allah! No du’aa have I made except that it was answered – But one.’

‘And what is that duaa?’ asked Imam Ahmed.

The baker replied,

‘To be able to see the famed Imam Ahmed ibn Hanbal!’

Imam Ahmed interjected, ‘I am Ahmed ibn Hanbal!’ He then went on to add: By Allah! I was dragged to your place so that you can have your duaa/wish come true!
